Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen sliced Pineapple
- ¼ cp of sliced Bananas
- ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoons of CannaOil
- ½ cup of water
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Directions
- In a blender, combine pineapples, bananas, almond-milk, and water. Blend to smooth.
- Slowly, add canna-coconut oil to blender. Blend in burst.
- Fill 2 cups with smoothie and top with Chia seeds; can be mixed as well.
- Stir and drink!
