- 1 cup sun-dried dates
- 3 tablespoons shelled hemp seed
- ¾ cup ground almonds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 1 heaped tablespoon of raw cacao powder
- coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Soak 1 cup dates for 2 hours (or until they are already soft).
- After 2 hours drain the dates into a bowl.
- Add the hemp seeds and vanilla extract. Blend well.
- Combine the cinnamon and almonds with blended mixture.
- Mix together with a spoon before adding the cacao powder.
- Combine again until mixture is well formed and you can make little ball shapes.
- Roll the ball in the coconut flakes and enjoy!
