This raw cannabis recipe can be used as a garnish for dozens of dishes from tacos to a simple roasted pork loin. It goes great on seafood and in pasta dishes too.
Ingredients:
½ cup juiced raw cannabis
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
2 large cloves fresh garlic crushed and minced
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 green chile peppers (jalapenos, serrano or poblano) roasted, peeled and chopped
½ cup sweet onion chopped
1 ½ pounds roasted tomatillos
1 ½ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
How it’s done:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rub the outside of the tomatillos and chiles with olive oil and roast until slightly charred on all sides.
- Place the chiles in a paper bag and shake to remove the skin. Leave the seeds if you like your salsa spicy. Let the tomatillos cool. Chop half of them into a small dice and puree the rest.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients, mix and taste. Adjust seasoning as needed. Chill this for at least 2-hours before serving.
