Ingredients
- 2 pieces of baguette cut 5-6 inches long, or 2 of your favorite rolls
- 2 tablespoons cannaoil
- ½ cup peppers, as spicy as you like, sliced into rounds
- 4 ounces cheddar, sliced
- 2 ounces ham, thinly sliced
- Some arugula
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sauerkraut, drained
Directions
- Heat the panini press or non-stick skillet. If you are going to use a skillet, have a plate or something heavy to press the sandwich down.
- In a small skillet, heat the canna-olive oil and sauté the peppers. Set aside.
- Layer the sandwiches with the ham, arugula and tomato. Top with the cheese, peppers and sauerkraut.
- Grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Serve while warm so the cheese is all melty and beautiful.
