Ingredients
- 6 oz CannaOil
- 3 oz balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 t ground pepper
- 6 portobello mushrooms
Directions
- Place garlic and shallot in a small food processor and puree. Add your mustard, balsamic and puree for one minute. Now pour in the medicated olive oil slowly and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat up your grill on HIGH and toss your shrooms in your medicated olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Place on a hot grill, gill sides up for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on size. Once they come off of the grill soak them in the balsamic marinade for 10 minutes.
- Serve sliced on buns, salads or in sandwiches.
