Ingredients
4 garlic cloves
1 small shallot
1 thai chili
½ cup parsley
½ cup coriander
½ cup mint
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup red wine vinegar
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
INFUSION: ¼ cup infused olive oil.
Method
Combine red wine vinegar, garlic, shallots, chili, parsley, coriander, mint, oregano, infused olive oil, and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend until a consistent paste and salt to taste.
