Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup CannaButter, cold
Pecan Pie Layer:
- 1/3 cup Caramel sauce
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
Directions
For the Crust:
- Mix together flour and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly. Pat into a greased 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
For the Pecan Pie Layer:
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, salt and baking soda.
- Stir in chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow the bars to cool overnight or at least 6 hours.
