Ingredients:

1 Banana

½ Cup Frozen berries

¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond milk

1 Tablespoon LSA or 10 raw almonds

1 Teaspoon Chia seeds

1 Tablespoon Melted canna-coconut oil

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.
